Paratha Shawarma Roll

- • 1. Paratha
- • 2. Chicken thighs (slice into chunks)
- • 3. Shawarma spice mix
- • 4. Yogurt
- • 5. Oil
Instructions
- Easy Steps
- 1. Marinate chicken
- Put chicken in a bowl.
- Add shawarma spice + 2 spoons yogurt.
- Mix well.
- 2. Cook chicken
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken.
- Fry until brown and cooked (8–10 minutes).
- 3. Heat paratha
- In another pan (or same pan), heat paratha until soft and slightly crispy.
- 4. Assemble
- Put chicken in the middle of the paratha.
- Add a little extra yogurt if you want.
- 5. Roll & eat
- Roll it tight like a shawarma.
- Done.
